But there was always another layer to the work.
I wasn't only listening to what people were saying.
I was sensing what wasn't being said.
I could feel when something was shifting. I often knew where a conversation needed to go before we got there. I could sense the patterns, possibilities, and deeper questions underneath what someone thought they came to talk about.
For a long time, intuition was simply something I brought to my work.
Today, it's something I fully embrace.
